Requirement review · Manufacturing route · Delivery coordination
From Project Requirements to Coordinated Delivery
BluBridge keeps technical, commercial, production, quality and delivery information aligned around the confirmed project scope.
The exact sequence depends on the product and available information. Each project is reviewed before the manufacturing route, quotation basis, follow-up activities and delivery arrangements are confirmed.

How the Process Moves Forward
The following sequence provides a practical coordination framework. Individual steps may be adjusted according to the product, technical complexity and agreed project scope.
01
Share Project Information
Provide the drawings, dimensions, quantities, application, operating conditions and destination information currently available.
02
Initial Requirement Review
Review the available technical and commercial information and identify the points needed for the next discussion.
03
Technical Clarification
Clarify open questions related to dimensions, materials, tolerances, quantities, function, inspection or delivery requirements.
04
Manufacturing Route Selection
Confirm whether the requirement fits BluBridge’s in-house conveyor manufacturing or suitable partner manufacturing resources.
05
Quotation and Confirmation
Coordinate the quotation around the reviewed technical scope, quantity, timing assumptions and available delivery information.
06
Sample or Production Follow-up
Coordinate approved revisions, open technical questions, production communication and project-specific quality requirements.
07
Packaging and Delivery Coordination
Review packaging, shipment preparation and delivery information according to the product, destination and agreed arrangement.
Two Manufacturing Routes
The selected route depends on the product and project requirements. Responsibilities should remain clear from review through follow-up.
Direct Production
In-house Conveyor Manufacturing
Conveyor rollers are produced through BluBridge’s own manufacturing capability. Roller conveyor systems are manufactured and assembled through BluBridge’s in-house conveyor system operations.
Coordinated Resources
Coordinated Partner Manufacturing
CNC machining and metal stamping projects are matched with suitable partner manufacturing resources. BluBridge coordinates technical review, quotation, production communication and agreed quality requirements.
Information Kept Aligned
Clear project communication helps the relevant parties work from the same technical and commercial basis.
- Drawing and revision information
- Materials and technical requirements
- Quantity and target timing
- Open technical questions
- Quotation assumptions
- Quality and reporting requirements
- Packaging information
- Delivery destination
What May Vary by Project
The following items are reviewed for each enquiry and should not be assumed as fixed conditions before the project information is evaluated.
Timing and Quantity
Quotation timing, sampling, production planning and delivery expectations depend on the available information, quantity and technical complexity.
Samples, Tooling and Inspection
Sample stages, tooling needs, inspection points and reporting requirements are confirmed only where they apply to the project.
Packaging and Delivery
Packaging method, shipment preparation and delivery arrangements are coordinated according to the product, destination and agreed scope.
